About Word Processing File Options

The Word Processing File Options dialog box appears after selecting a word processing plain text file for printing or verifying a list of addresses (Print List or Dial-A-ZIP list). Use the options in this dialog box to interpret the data fields in the file. DAZzle stores all of the options selected in this dialog box so that the next time you use this file, you do not need to reselect all of the options. (The settings are stored by filename, so if you create this file from another application, use the same filename each time.)

If the sample address is not correct, then there is a problem with the format of your list file. Make sure that your list file meets the following requirements:

Word processing file options include:

ClosedFirst Record Contains Field Names ...MORE

ClosedRecords end with Page Break ...MORE

ClosedSample Address ...MORE
